As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through our online store in accordance with the "Angrerettloven". For orders with shipping, the withdrawal period starts from the day the package is collected at the post office or delivered to your door.

Frames ordered after the purchase are not eligible for the right of withdrawal as they are considered made-to-order items.
